Last Monday, 7th Dec, 2009, we've done our first ground work meeting with some committee n also MPP's President, Mr Asyraf Nuruddin.

The outcomes of the ground work meeting:
1)We have pointed Azrie as Director of Graduation Night 2010.Starting from now onwards,he will lead all the meeting and lead to the successful of this coming graduation night.
3) Discussing about several themes and Hotel.
2)We have formed a Hotel Survey Team lead by Erien,Hud,Adib,Puteri to go and do the survey on where we will have our graduation night this time.They will get the quotation from hotel and few hall and later on we will look the reasonable place to have our graduation night.




After all, we have come out with some ideas and we really need ur cooperation and a little time to vote these 3 things listed at the right corner of this blog :)
here are some description about the theme n some pictures of the hotel itself

Evening Garden:

- Evening gardens are meant to enjoy, to savour, to wrap us in their splendour. Moonlight illuminates the flowers and foliage making the garden at night a different experience, almost surreal and magical. If u can imagine, the situation is just as same as the garden wedding concept with all the flowers around.
- attire : suit, smart casual, dress, n etc ( not too glamorous)

Rock Star:

- I guess rock star is more understandable. It's a rock based theme n music is also basically come from rock genre
- attire : rock attire as well :)
(i know that u guys are really understand what it means by rock star right?)


ASIAN Glamorous:

- In the continuing tradition of East meets West, we have consider an Asian themed or "Asian Glamorous".
This was chosen as a reflection of the common thread across all ASEAN cultures.
- attire: ASIAN styling such as kimonos, kurta n so forth. basically deal with asean traditional attire :)
